We have pulled together a “team” of professionals to create the best possible living space for your family that includes design, technology recommendations, cost estimating, and construction services for a complete project. Our goal is to bring it all together and provide seniors a comprehensive plan to address quality of life changes.

Existing Home Modifications

We’ve aligned ourselves with experienced home modification partners with in-depth experience in accommodating seniors and individuals with physical challenges. Together we can provide a much-improved home environment for those who want to stay in their existing home. 

New Home Construction

If you want to downsize and build a new home that better supports your quality of life as a senior, we can help. We have experience in new home construction, in addition, we have aligned partner relationships with quality new home builders in the Oklahoma City area. In this case, we can “pre-configure” the home to support you as you age and extend your ability to “age in place” and be deliberate in addressing your specific needs.

Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

If you’d like to add an additional “small home” for a loved one, we can help there as well. We can build your ADU and implement and/or preconfigure it with assistive technology solutions. ADUs are becoming increasingly popular as they can be installed behind your existing home assuming the zoning in your area supports it. ADUs provide a “separate but together” approach to caring for a loved one.
